Why does a yellow substance or white scale appear on the surface of the filter?
–Residue or discoloration on the filter is due to filtering impurities like calcium and magnesium ions from water. Our tests confirm that it has no impact on air quality or humidification efficiency. Feel free to use it for over 3 months.
Why the humidity on the screen is different from the household hygrometer?
–In tests, the sensor, placed 1m from the humidifier, maintains humidity accuracy within 5%.
Is there a designated installation orientation for the filters?
–When installing the filters, please ensure that the section with the silk-screen print is facing upwards.
Why the target humidity cannot be fixed in auto mode?
–Auto mode is the humidity range set by the machine as most suitable for the human body. If you want to customize the humidity, you can choose the humidity mode.
